Welcome to evoryd. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the evoryd website, digital courses, and related services.

In these Terms, “evoryd,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to evoryd. “You” refers to any person who visits our website, creates an account, or purchases a course.

By using our website or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our paid services.

1. Our Courses

evoryd provides image-and-text educational courses. Our courses do not include video lessons.

Course topics may include:

SEO keyword research and keyword selection
Shopify website building
WordPress website building
Product research and product selection
Website page layout
AEO, or Answer Engine Optimization

Unless clearly stated on the product page, our courses do not include live classes, one-to-one consulting, website-building services, store operation services, paid themes, plugins, domains, hosting, software subscriptions, or third-party platform fees.

The course content, language, included materials, access period, and plan benefits are based on the information displayed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

2. Pricing and Payment

evoryd offers three one-time purchase plans: Focused Start at CNY 59 for 1 selected course, Connected Learning at CNY 99 for 3 selected courses, and Complete Collection at CNY 199 for all 6 courses.

Each plan includes 12 months of online access from activation. All course prices are stated in Chinese yuan (CNY). Purchases do not renew automatically. Any applicable additional charges will be disclosed before payment.

3. Delivery and Access replacement

After successful payment, evoryd provides access to the purchased courses through the account used for the purchase. Access lasts for 12 months from activation.

Courses contain images and written explanations only. No video lessons or physical materials are included. For delivery or access assistance, contact Info@evoryd.com with your order number.

4. Personal Use License

When you purchase a course, evoryd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the purchased course materials for your own personal learning or internal business learning.

You may use the knowledge and methods learned through the courses in your lawful personal or business projects.

You may not, without prior written permission from evoryd:

Resell, rent, license, or distribute course materials.
Share paid course access or account credentials with other people.
Upload course materials to public or private file-sharing platforms.
Copy, reproduce, translate, or republish substantial portions of course materials for distribution.
Repackage course materials as your own course, template library, membership, or educational product.
Use automated tools to scrape, download, copy, or extract course content in bulk.

5. Intellectual Property

All original course materials, including text, instructional images, layouts, graphics, designs, and website content, are owned by evoryd or the relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

References to Shopify, WordPress, Google, search engines, AI tools, or other third-party services are for educational purposes only. Unless expressly stated, evoryd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by these third parties.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and screenshots remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Educational Disclaimer

evoryd provides educational content and practical guidance only.

Your results may vary depending on your experience, effort, implementation, market conditions, product quality, website quality, budget, competition, and changes made by third-party platforms or search engines.

We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, AI answer citation, website traffic level, conversion rate, sales volume, revenue, profit, business result, or commercial outcome.

Any examples, practice projects, layouts, or demonstrations shown on the website or in a course are intended to explain the learning content. They do not guarantee that every learner will achieve the same result.

7. Refund Policy

Please review the course description, the image-and-text delivery format, plan benefits, access conditions, and language before completing payment.

evoryd offers the following refund process:

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the payment date.
To request a refund, email Info@evoryd.com with your order number, the email address used for payment, and a brief explanation of the request.
We will review your request and reply within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

A refund may be approved when:

You were charged more than once for the same order.
You did not receive the purchased course access after payment and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time.
The delivered course materially differs from the description displayed at the time of purchase.
A refund is required by applicable law.

A refund may be refused where permitted by applicable law when:

Course access has been provided and a substantial portion of the course materials has already been accessed, downloaded, copied, or used.
The request is based solely on a change of mind after course access has been provided.
The account has been used in breach of these Terms, including sharing, copying, or unauthorized distribution of course materials.
The purchase was made through fraud, abuse, or an unauthorized payment method.

This refund policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your location.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not use the evoryd website or services to:

Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe another person’s intellectual property rights.
Upload harmful code, malware, or malicious content.
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or course materials.
Interfere with website security, performance, or availability.
Make fraudulent purchases, payment disputes, or false claims.

If we reasonably believe that you have seriously violated these Terms, we may suspend or restrict access to the website or course materials as necessary. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a contact method for you to raise questions.

9. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, pause, or improve our website and courses for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service improvement.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep purchased courses accessible during the stated access period. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, payment-provider issues, hosting issues, security events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If evoryd permanently stops providing a paid course during its stated access period, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. This may include restoring access, providing a replacement, or issuing a proportionate refund where appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, evoryd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or courses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when our services, legal obligations, or business practices change.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Changes will apply from the published effective date unless applicable law requires another process.
